This will help insure that your claims receive the prompt attention that they deserve, allowing you to provide your insured with the highest level of information and service possible. 2. Based on our 24-Hour Turn-around Time policy, you will receive a quote or updated information within 24-hours of the receipt of your claim submittal. If additional time or information is needed, your will be immediately notified by one of our Research Specialists..

3. A Replacement Proposal, with all relevant information and pricing, will be generated and submitted to you, the Adjuster, for review. This can be submitted via fax, email or U.S. mail. A similar proposal with appropriate information can also be generated for your insured's review, if necessary.

4. Upon Adjuster and Insured approval of the replacement proposal, R&R Group, Inc. will:

Deliver like kind and quality (LKQ) merchandise directly to the insured

Collect deductible (if necessary) from your insured.

Provide follow-up customer service with insured to ensure complete satisfaction with service and merchandise provided by Research & Replacement Group, Inc.

5. R&R Group, Inc. will provide you with an invoice referencing the appropriate claim number, insured information and merchandise replaced for ease of payment. This detailed information with help limit the time necessary to close each individual claim..
