R & R Group has Graduate Gemologist on staff to answer any jewelry questions you or your insured might have. We have a proven track record with insured's on replacing identical pieces to what they had lost or stolen. If the items are not available we will custom make the piece they previously owned. All replacements come with a full detailed description appraisal done by a graduate gemologist (GIA).

Diamonds:
Diamonds are graded by the 4 C's (Cut, Color, Clarity & Carat Weight) All of our diamonds over .50cts come with an independent diamond certificate. This protects the insurance company, insured and R & R Group from any discrepancies from occurring.
