How to Educate the Insured on Research & Replacement
Group
1. During your initial telephone
conversation with your insured, please inform them that as an additional
service at no cost to them, their insurance company adjuster will be working
with Research & Replacement Group, Inc. to assist them with
replacement of their personal property.
2. Inform your insured that
a Replacement Specialist from R & R Group, Inc. will be contacting
them to discuss more completely the items to be replaced, and to fully
explain our replacement process as well as any questions they may have.
3. If your insured expresses
concern to you at this time regarding replacement of items, [please] make
a note to mention this concern to our Replacement Specialist assigned
to their claim. This will greatly assist our specialist[s] when consulting
with your insured.
4. Inform the Replacement
Specialist of the coverage, deductible if any, policy limits on jewerly,
electronics, etc. that are specified, or if any items are scheduled. The
more information that our Replacement Specialist has on the claim, the
faster the items can be replaced, and your claim closed.
5. Please inform your insured
that we want them to contact their Replacement Specialist with any concerns
that they may have.
